College Wrestling 27
Terms of Use (EULA)
Last updated: July 29, 2026
Agreement
These Terms of Use (this "Agreement") are an End User License Agreement between you and the developer of College Wrestling 27 (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
For apps downloaded from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies, and where it conflicts with these terms, the Apple Standard EULA governs.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on any device that you own or control, as permitted by the usage rules of the store you downloaded it from. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or exploit the App except as allowed by applicable law.
Purchases & subscriptions
The App offers optional one-time purchases and an auto-renewable subscription (the "All-Access Pass"). All purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play; we never collect your payment details directly.
- All-Access Pass — an auto-renewable subscription billed monthly at the price shown on the store at the time of purchase. It unlocks ad removal, all cosmetics, both sandbox editors, and extra save slots.
- Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period is not refunded, and your saves are always kept.
- One-time purchases are permanent unlocks on your account and are not recurring charges.
Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data the App stores on your device.
No warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any loss of in-game progress or saved data.
Content
College Wrestling 27 is an independently developed simulation and is not endorsed by or affiliated with the NCAA, any collegiate athletic conference, educational institution, athletic department, or athlete except where an express written licensing relationship is specifically identified.
Wrestlers are generated for gameplay unless you elect to load custom data or the App expressly identifies particular content as licensed.
The App allows you to import independently created custom data. Custom data is supplied solely by you and is not provided, verified, endorsed, sponsored, or licensed by College Wrestling 27. You may import only content you own or are authorized to use.
References to educational institutions do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or authorization to use official logos, mascots, uniforms, wordmarks, or other protected branding.
College Wrestling 27 may disable or restrict import functionality where necessary to protect legal rights, platform integrity, application security, or other users.
Fictional content
College Wrestling 27 is a fictional sports simulation. All institutions, athletic programs, teams, athletes, coaches, conferences, branding, and events depicted in the game are fictional. City, state, and regional references are used only to identify fictional geographic locations. The game is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any real college, university, athletic conference, or governing organization.
Changes
We may update this Agreement from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised terms.
